Lamination is a must, though I think illegal, its illegal to laminate SS Card Or divers dry bag.

I hope he comes, back on & tells us he succeeded. At least we can answer the age old question,...

If your going to try this, certainly best to do from Canada. If it goes wrong, not far to swim.

Maybe my memory has gone. Whenever I returned from UK to NYC, the agents in Heathrow, always asked for my Green card, as proof I could go to USA, especially with a non-return ticket.
