Hmm......no idea why they would want proof that she is not a British citizen. To get a passport, you need ID, usually an ID card. Two witnesses are needed to get a first time ID card in Italy. ...

Tut, tut, Modicasa. By now, you should have learnt that the printer needs to be 'omologato' and triple stamped with several bolli.

To the poster. I suggest asking on the Italians in the UK FB...

The only option I can find is by calling for an appointment on 0287 583 1634 from 8.45 -13.00. Are you registered at AIRE or an anagrafe in Italy - you need to be.
