I wasnt in Chilliwack the whole time I have been in Canada...lol... I lived in Squamish a few years which is a tourist region as well as Vancouver and Ontario for a bit as well and it was a semi...

This thread got me thinking again... Anyhow for me, I venture if my family was Canadian and I moved to the US, say San Diego, friends and family would visit..ha ha

I have a hard time selling...

I agree. We have been the receiving end of some of those comments. We can't have kids, well I suppose we could with money and lots of modern medical assistance, but at the same time we can't afford...

I feel that in regards to my family and my wife is feeling that way now as her brother is having a baby, all her friends also have kids, so at times we really just don't fit in. Fact is childless...

Friends, about 3-4 years after I left, now maybe a random facebook comment once or twice per year.

Family, I talk to my mom by email a few times a month, and my dad a few times a year, and visit...
