re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Because you're the only one who consistently has singled ME out every time I've had news. I've had the constant reaction of 'I applied before you, why you and not me?'. I get the frustration but I'm...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

It's fine Andrewbrit, wasn't actually a personal dig, and I saw you had updated me which is why I edited my post. I've really gotten used to you not having much nice to say whenever I've gotten...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Errr, any chance I could get updated on the spreadsheet? Cheers.

I see it's been updated now, thanks. Bit underwhelmed by the total lack of response to my news yesterday but hey-ho.

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Good morning all! So I found an odd little addition to my ecas this morning- the other day it switched to 'in process' but when I clicked in still had just 1) application received and 2) medical...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Am I missing something in the FAQ? I thought it said that if ECAS updates then that's accurate? I know that if it doesn't update then that's not always accurate as ecas is awful at updating?

I...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Here is a lesson in British cynicism vs Canadian positivity- the husband just checked ecas (though I shrugged and said what's the point).... And we are now apparently In Process! No idea when it...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Received an email from London this morning- my medical expired on August 12th and they want an update on where I've visited and any illnesses I've had in the past year to determine whether I need to...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

I have to say that although I do my fair share (and some! Haha) of whining about the whole process, what you're saying makes total sense. Personally I feel that it's the fault of the system rather...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

We emailed a week ago regarding change of address- my husbands hadn't been changed on ecas despite us informing them well over a month ago, the response said that they are aware and changed the...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

The X in front of the F indicates it's not an active file yet, that's what we were told by both Mississauga and London. Try the file number without the X in front as that's what it'll be once it's...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

It's just a bit deflating. We're back in Canada now and am finding myself feeling very low about the whole visa process, which is particularly difficult when you're thousands of miles from friends...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

Hey guys! So my notes arrived via email today aaaand.... I'm not encouraged by them. Eligibilty, security and criminality all state 'not started' with eligibilty stating a 'due date' of January...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

So last night we landed at Pearson Intl. I was a bit of a jittery nervous wreck queueing for the customs counter to say the last. I'll be very specific about what happened:
*agent waves us forward,...

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland

This theory was bought up recently on the Canadavisa forum and I believe it was pretty quickly shot down. It would be nice to have some reasoning for it but it appears as though there's not much in...
