Was that recently? I wonder if the fact that they'd been there for a year before going to Uni that it helped. And maybe if they tried to go as soon as returning they'd be classed as International...

I was hoping to start the green card process once I'd been here 12 months but now not sure if that is worth doing. If I did get it and we decide to stay and not go back then good I would have the GC...

Indeed. I visited a few Unis in the US whilst I was in the UK and I wish had gone to a US uni. He has the chance so I'd like to try and make this happen for him if that's what he wants than make...
