Worst case you got your 2m safety zone. Level 8 is only half a sec quicker than level 7. Your so close at that stage mate. Just run till you collapse

Bagdog if your getting level 8 then you are only 12 or 13 shuttles from finishing. Its all in your mind. Clear your head of negativity and breathe properly and before you know it your on your last 2...

Just keep practising. Focus your mind om something else and a point on front of you. Get a regular breathing pattern and just push through the pain. At level 8 you only have 12 or so shuttles to go....

Cheers mate and I will. To be fair I keep doing 17.2 but I am doing it on a gravely car park which is very slippy. I do feel that on a non slip surface the 0.2 sec may naturally drop off. Well I hope...

I was actually hoping that the agility test would be based to include weight of applicant! I am not at all fat but weigh over 15 stone. I breeze the bleep test but will always struggle on agility...
