Passports are taking 6 to 8 weeks after payment is taken. You should go back and read some of the more recent posts, especially any from British Consul and get an idea of what the best course of...

My husband's is similar, almost same timeline as well. We are traveling mid-August, so still have some time to play around with..... However, another month and I'll be worried silly.

I'm beginning to think that as well, as my husband's passport hasn't come as yet. Its been over 8 weeks in total, but he's wanting to wait a bit longer. Especially since it costs to call.....:D

That's not a bad timeline. Ours is:

March 9th: Signed for in Washington
April 1st: Credit card charged (I'm still hoping it wasn't an April Fool's joke!)
Still waiting, waiting, waiting....

I sent off my husband's application on that same day and via UPS tracking I know it was signed for (by a guard) on the 9th. Our cc was charged on April 1st and have seen nothing as yet. Hopefully...

Not a thing. If its getting delivered by UPS I'm worried that it will come when I'm out (or at work) Not a peep though.... Thankfully we aren't in real need of it too soon. I'm glad we applied...

Sent off my husband's on March 4th (received March 9th) and credit card was charged on Friday April 1st (god I hope its not a joke....lol) Haven't got the passport as yet, but I'm assuming its on...

That is pretty swift. I sent my husband's off on the 4th and they received it on the 9th and to date nothing has been charged on the credit card. But in your case, you're pretty lucky. I don't...
