You could ask them to scan it and email it as an attachment then print it off, perhaps? If you could get DVLA to stamp and sign it somehow first, that might help. I would also ask them to mail you...

I think he tried that:

"I went on the DVLA website to check my licence details, but it states I have no current UK licence, as I have a licence from another authority(ICBC)"

I believe you can get a copy of your driver record from DVLA, regardless.

Fill in the D888 form to get a copy of your driver record
