You can just write that statement yourself. No need to get it from the employer.

Then she can't be a contributing household member. If needed, she could be a joint sponsor. But sounds to me like you qualify on your own.

Does your mom live with you?

It might just be easier to have your mom be a joint sponser and complete a separate I-864.

Although if you are CURRENTLY earning enough for a family of 2 according...

yes. But by contacting NVC now, they can hopefully get the consulate location changed at the NVC stage.

Contact NVC ASAP. If they haven't already shipped your case, maybe they can reroute it. Otherwise you'll have to wait until it arrives in Sweden and then request a transfer.

Yes, it would be OK for him to enter the USA using his CR-1 visa, then turn around and go back to work in the UK for another few months.

He won't need the information from the Texas doctor.

There's no real time frame on obtaining the medical records that I know of.
