It's better NOT to move during the AOS process, because USCIS is not the best at updating addresses, so you run a high risk of missing important mail, such as your AOS interview letter.

I wouldn't bother with a lawyer.

I would create a simple cover sheet for each item and call each cover sheet simply 1, 2 and 3 and attach the evidence for each behind the cover sheet.

Waste of time. The RFE won't be for anything missing from 2016 tax returns, I'm pretty sure...since they aren't even due yet...unless your wife has done hers, submitted it with the I-864, and did...

If they sent in photocopies of tax returns, then the W-2 needed to be included, as that is part of the tax return.

If they sent in official tax transcripts from IRS, no W-2 was needed.

Just be patient and see if you get another NOA for the EAD. Otherwise, just wait until you get called for the biometrics appointment and go to that.

The EAD and AP are issued as a combo card, so it's possible they are under one case number. I don't know for sure.

As Smartyy says, your I-94 is meaningless now. You don't have to leave the USA by that time, and it also doesn't get extended.

1. You don't need to fill out the I-693. The doctor will have that form and will fill it out. I think in the past some folks have been successful in submitting a copy of that vaccination paper you...
