If you filed alone with a waiver, then yes, those typically take longer than a jointly filed I-751.

Yes. A friend of mine has been waiting close to a year now. He will be filing for citizenship in October, which should force adjudication of the I-751.

When it's a new employer, if you have an unrestricted SSC, all you need is that and your state ID. I would not even bother with the green card and letter. Why open yourself to questions when you...

No. As a US PR, you should already have a US drivers license or State ID and an unrestricted Social Security Card. This is all you need to show an employer.

It is a notice from USCIS that is proof of your PR status for 1 year while the I-751 gets adjudicated.

As long as it's submitted within the 90 day period, you're fine. You'll receive a 1-year extension letter. Photos can be printed on regular paper.

Yes. After a divorce, the I-751 can be filed anytime. No need to wait for the 90-day window.

You just have to show the marriage was entered into in good faith. Do you have copies of correspondence from before the marriage, talking about the wedding, your life together, plans you made...
