Default Which Visa....?

Hi all,

We have been advised by our migration company that we should apply for a STNI visa which limits us to where we can go, but I have been told by others that they have manged to apply for a skilled visa where they can go anywhere.

My hubby is a head chef and has been for the last 9 years, before that moving up through the normal ranks. We have just been rejected by the TRA for lack of info so are trying to gather all stuff needed, have started with the YTS!

Any info or advice would be appreciated!
