tattooing licence???

I am moving to Spain for Christmas 16 and want to open a tattoo studio. Now I know I must sit some test for 20 hours but am still stuck! Could anyone please tell me the name of this course in Spanish, where to apply and its costs??? Thank you in advance. David ward.
