which occupation should i use
another silly question but, can anyone help me. my original trade is as a shipwright but have not worked as that for 12 years. i have worked the last 9 years as a skilled fitter at bae systems in uk so which is the option i go for

Do you mean what occupation should you apply under or what you should do when you get there? If you mean what occupation should you apply under then I would go with the current one if you get enough points.
We are applying as an electrician although my husband has not done this for 16 years, he is now a financial adviser but thats only 40 points whereas electricians get 60 so we had to do it that way.
