Default Lift Engineer By Trade (Aus/NL Question)

Hello I am a Lift Engineer by trade and have diversified my talent into running my own very small business buying, selling, maintaining stairlifts and other mobility products.

I would appreciate any advice as to the prospects of work and what sort of salary(don't mind going back into the Lift Engineering game) if and when we decide to move down under? We are also considering moving closer to UK, Italy but questioning our ability to learn new languages

My Wife is currently in the middle of a nursing degree so there is no rush but any help would really be appreciated

steven
