Default Graphic Design Artist/Web design jobs?

My daughter is graduating from an accredited US University with a degree; BFA in Graphic Design. She is interested in working abroad. She holds dual citizenship US/UK. Just wondering if anyone has recommendations of countries she may be permitted to work in or those that may have career opportunities in this subject.

Thanks in advance for any input.

I know a lot of countries are short on designers. Especially with web design being a new and vast thing. I think she won't have trouble finding work anywhere. I would suggest researching the current worker "craving" of a country in that area. I know architects are vastly outnumbered in Europe. But architects are a different subject and I don't think designers are in that category. I do have one big suggestion. When she's looking for a steady job, tell her to hit the freelance sites, she might have trouble finding work for a good wage in the beginning, but it's a great way to have a realistic view on how the market is and a great way to build up her portfolio. Hope this helps.
