Hi there
I hope someone can help with this one. My husband is a Building Contractor over here and would like to know, if he were to buy land and then join forces with a licenced builder how feasible cost wise would this be and would it be a viable option.
He himself is quite willing to go for his licences but would rather get into the buying of the land, constructing properties and then selling on side of it.

Help please anyone.
