Hi there and welcome to BE.

It would be best if you repost your questions in our US Immigration and Visas forum. You will get lots of good information and advice from the regulars who post in there. General questions about life in the US should be posted in the US Forum. The Trailer Park is for general chit chat.

Before you begin to post please take time to take a look in the BE Wiki...it's a great source for information. Also please read through any stickied threads that may be posted at the top of each forum's index page.

If you require any assistance finding your way around BE's many forums we have a team of concierges who will act as your tour guide...they will be pleased to help you. The concierge for the US forums is Kaffy Mintcake...please contact her if you need pointing in the right direction.

Any problems or concerns should be addressed to a mod or admin. The mods for the US Immigration forums are Meauxna, Noorah101, Bob and MsElui.

Please give me a shout if I can be of further help. I look forward to seeing you in the US forums.

thanks for the welcome wagon message.

I've been reading a bit on various subjects and getting a few responses on my posting.

How do I get into the discussion from the main page? I have to go back to my email and click on the link always. Is there a way to redisplay the forum or go directly to my posting?

At the top of the page is a pink bar...click on 'Shortcuts'. Down the list you will see 'Who Quoted Me'...click on that and it provide you with links to all the posts that have responded to yours.

Another option is click on the 'My Profile' tab...also located in the pink bar. It will display the threads you have subscribed to/posted in each time a new post is made.
