Hi, my name is Helen, i am a primary teacher and mother of 2 young children. I am from the UK but have been taeching for the last three years in Abu Dhabi. My new partner is a kiwi and i am planning on bringing my children to be with him early next year, in time for the new school year. Nervous but very excited too! We are planning to become permanent residents in the future but need to look into all the visa options available. Any advice greatly appreciated! Many thanks

Sorry to say that Teachers are no longer on the shortage lists so you probably won't get a visa on that.
As for your partner you would need to show a solid relationship, sharing bills, living and day to day expenditure and experiences for more then 12mths to qualify.

As your OH is a Kiwi , you will be applying for a partnership visa provided you meet the criteria for that visa.
