Newbie Hoping to move to Spain
Hi Everyone
I am looking to hopefully move to Spain later this year and I am currently looking in the Murcia area. Although not Retired I am not looking to work and should have enough to prove I'm not likely to be a burden to the state. However, I know some countries have a certain amount that needs to be in your bank account before you can apply for Residency and I am wondering if Spain has such?

The Spain forum is here.. https://britishexpats.com/forum/spain-75/ you will get good advice there, however I would say that where you want to move to may have an effect, different parts of Spain do seem to have different rules. You must also seriously consider Brexit, it seems likely that it will happen at the end of this month, and then things will change, it will depend on what, if any, deal is agreed, and with our current PM I would hope for the best but expect the worst.
