Good Afternoon,

My family and I are thinking of moving to the algarve we are thinking of Vilamoura we have a little boy aged 2 and was wondering if this is a good place for kids and also good for meeting people when we come over and for my partner Amie and Caillen my little boy to meet other people and things to do when I'm not there as I work away for a month at a time?

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated thanks

Your best bet is to re-post in the Portugal section of the forum. That's where you'll get some info from residents in the Algarve. I'm sure they will help you out.
