Marrying my US fiance??
Hi
I am a Uk citizen and wish to travel to the US to marry my fiance. We then intend to return to the Uk and stay here as I have children from a previous relationship. Do I have to apply for a K1 visa if i have no intent on remaining in the US?? or can i marry on the VWP?
Any help would be most appreciated

Welcome to BE, good luck and congrats!
If you don't intend to stay in the US, getting married on the VWP is fine, but do check any local state requirements in getting married, some require x number of days in the state, others don't.
