Hi everyone my wife and I are looking to retire to Spain in about 4 years time and are looking to buy a property in the Murcia region to use as a holiday home initially for use by us as well as my family and then to move to Spain for maybe 6 months of the year and rent it out during the summer again to family and friends.

We are coming out in February2016 to look for a property but not sure where in Murcia would be the most suitable for us. We have a budget of around 90-95000Euros and ideally are looking for a semi detached or town house with 3 beds and 2 baths with a rooftop solarium and off road parking for a car, are we being realistic with our expectations on what we can get for our money??

I have a thousand and one questions that I would like answered but I will feed them through to the forum bit by bit so not to bore you all to tears, any help or advice will be greatly appreciated
