Hi future friends
I have just been surfing the net, looking for information on a possible move from the UK to Lanzarote.
I am a single mum (for 5 years, had lots of practice ), I have a 20 year old daughter who works away from home but wants to move with us and my 12 year old daughter who will obviously need to continue schooling.
I am sincerely hoping I can talk my parents into coming with me also, they are lively 70 year olds and we are all pretty close, and all total fun lovers.
However, I realise that making a move like this needs to be thoroughly investigated prior to making any final moves.
I have arranged to have my house valued on Friday, for both sale or even rental potential which is a scary thought in itself .
I suffer from Bipolar which is largely controlled, however the sunshine is always a major factor in my illness, and sadly the UK just doesn't provide enough of that .
You have any advice to chuck my way be it negative or mainly positive I hope, I am willing to take it on board.
I have posted across in the moving abroad forum so hopefully some advice will be coming my way shortly.
Look forward to 'cyber mingling' guys.

Re: Hi future friends
Welcome to the forum and hope it all works out.
I see you've found the Spain forum and that's the best place to ask questions, so I'll leave you to it
