Default hi folks - Canadian in Spain

I found this forum by chance and decided that although I am actually Canadian, I would join. Hope it´s ok.
I am currently living in Northern Spain, in a very mountainous region called Asturias.
So hi everybody.

Hi there pathway...welcome to BE.

Although we are called British Expats the site isn't exclusively for Brits...we welcome all nationalities...so please feel free to join in. We have a very lively Spain Forum...the members who post in the Spain Forums are a friendly bunch of folk...why don't you pop over there, take a look around and join in?

BE is a large expat website...so it's understandable that you may have problems finding your way around our many forums. We have a team of concierges who will direct you around the website. You can find a list of their names at the bottom right hand side of this page.

Problems and complaints should be addressed to a moderator. The mods for the Spain forums are Fred James and Mitzyboy.

Please shout out if you need help with anything. Once again welcome.

Welcome to the forum - why on earth would you want to be in Spain right now?- we have snow storms, Spring storms, freezing rain and the heating is still on.

Well. surprisingly enough, the weather up in the North has been balmy and sunny for a few weeks. It just begun raining today. But it isn´t cold.
In any case, I am not here out of choice, exactly...
Thanks for your warm welcome
