Hey guys, just joined up and looking to discuss some of the finer points of US immigration shortly.

Why? I'm fed up with the UK mostly. I've got skills and experience in the TV industry that could provide a real boon, but I'm not sure I want to keep it as a career. For want of a better phrase, "I'm easy".

You may or may not be aware that the US is a very difficult country to move to. First of all please read through this...unfortunately if you don't fit into any of the categories living in the US is probably not in your future.

We have an excellent US Immigration and Visas forum...please post any questions you have about the actual immigration process in that forum. You will get lot of good advice from the regulars who post in there. General questions about life in the US should be posted in the US Forum. The Trailer Park is for general chit chat.

Please take time to take a look in the BE Wiki...it's a great source for information. Also please read through any stickied threads that may be posted at the top of each forum's index page before you begin to post a question.
