Hi Everyone, this is my first day and first posting and need advise. We have been living in Florida for 3 1/2 years, we are UK citizens, we bought a business and have E2 change of status. We have to renew again in November and already this is a worrying thought. The last time we renewed good old immigration messed up my work permit it took them 112 days to process and i lost my job. We get so many mixed messages from different people hopefully some of you may be able to help. We are considering going for the E2 visa is this obtainable in the US or do we have to go back to London? if we go to London and are turned down are we able to come back again and change status to E2? we would have to declare being turned down.
We do not really want to hire an attorney as this is so expensive but does anyone know of a good one?
My second question is. Are we able to take a Caribbean cruise you don't normally have to give in your i-94 again mixed messages i have heard we can and i have also heard no.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
