Ohhhhh matron! Very funny clip! Have spent the last couple of hours trying to get my head around property depreciation ( we intend to rent our UK house out). I'm sure I will have some questions on this that I will post on the main forum later.

Ah yes for some reason I forgot that piece. Must have had my head in the clouds I did not realize that Sandy had hit that far down. In that case west of Toms River and North - some nice countryside North of McGuire
