HELLO
Hello I am a British citizen with two kids who are British too. My spouse is not British and we intend applying for a spousal visa using the £62500 route which we will get from the sale of our property overseas. Does any one have any tips for us or has anyone done the same type as we plan to do. Thanks everyone and happy to be on this forum.

So you will be bringing your spouse to the UK to live. May I suggest that you ask your questions in the Citizenship/Passports and Spouse/Family Visas (UK) - British Expats forum.
There is lots of information and help to be gained in this forum while you journey on your quest.
Also may I suggest that you have a read of the site rules linked at the start of the Welcome Inn forum. If you have questions or run into trouble using the site, please one of our moderators will be happy to assist you.
