Hi everyone, I have been lurking for a while and I thought it was about time I just took the plunge and introduce myself
Me and Husband are planning to move from the UK to the USA where he has a job offer, but after doing lots of research I have found that you have to prove that no americans can do the job firstly (labour market testing) The employer that has offered my Husband a job seems to employ some mexicans and get them to become USA citizens, but maybe its different for them some how only being across the border.
Anyway, glad to be here and read everyones helpful posts!

Hi PinkBunny,
Welcome to the site. The best thing to do to start would be to read as much as you can on our wiki (here and here would be the good places to start) and in the USA Imm forum. Then you will be better prepared to ask more informed questions. We've got lots of members who have moved to the US who I'm sure will be happy to chat about their experiences.
Regards
Sue
