Can anyone out there help me to help a computer-illiterate friend with getting bad tenants out of his house. He's rented it out for 11 months, they've paid for only two and now won't pay any more. He doesn't know what to do now and how to use Spanish law

Welcome to BE.
But as you might have noticed, this is just a spot to say hi and to welcome newbies.
You probably want to post asking this ins whichever country you are interested in because the answer will totally depend on where in the world you're asking about.

I can't help you I'm afraid but if you care to repost your questions in our Spain Forums there may be someone there who can help you. The people who post in the Spain Forums are a friendly bunch of folk...why don't you pop over there and take a look around?
I recommend that you also take a look in the BE Wiki.
If you have problems finding your way around BE's many forums we have a team of concierges to guide you. The concierges for the Spain forums is The Oddities.
Problems and complaints should be addressed to a moderator. The mods for the Spain forums are Fred James and Mitzyboy.
Please shout out if you need further help.
