getting tenants out
Can anyone out there help me to help a computer-illiterate friend with getting bad tenants out of his house. He's rented it out for 11 months, they've paid for only two and now won't pay any more. He doesn't know what to do now and how to use Spanish law

But as you might have noticed, this is just a spot to say hi and to welcome newbies.
You probably want to post asking this ins whichever country you are interested in because the answer will totally depend on where in the world you're asking about.
