Hi, new to this site but hoping someone out there can assist or had a similar problem.
I jointly own a property in France with an ex partner who refuses to sell. I have been advised that under French law I can force a sale by taking him to court where property would be sold by public auction.
Has anyone ever done this and knows the time and costs involved?
