Default expired J-1 USA Visa?! CWOP-What's that?

hey there...I m David.got lucky today after spending hours on the internet sites searching for any answer about my questions, and here I am on this site, hope so somebody who knows those things better is going to spend few mins. by answering and helping me a lot on the same time.!
2 years ago,as a student I applied for J-1 USA Visa, and i was lucky, but i needed to stay in US just for 4-5 months but I stayed over there for almost 2 years, and after that i decided to move back in Europe, but before I fly they interviewed me and they also did write CWOP on my passport?!
_What does that mean ?
I moved back in Europe (Macedonia) 6 months ago,but I miss USA and my friends so i m thinking to apply again for the same kind of visa next year and go over there for work&travel and visit my friends on the same time,IS THAT POSSIBLE?
Do i have any chance to get another visa on 2011,or they are not going to allow me to go in the USA again,by staying longer than needed (like 18 months longer)does that mean that i "burned" all my chances for getting another visa for USA.
_Please,somebody who knows about this stuff,or used to have same experience like mines, let u help me on this way by giving any advice to me or telling ur experiences on this way,I really appreciate that, cause i m getting bored hearing somebody who doesn't know sh.. telling me that I "burned" all my chances for another visa or another visit to USA.
_If YOU think that YOU know about this things,do not hesitate to write me,please,I really appreciate that.
Thanks for understanding,David...

Hi David, welcome to BE. I am unable to answer your questions regarding your Visa, but if you go into the immigration forum here, you will probably get answers pretty quickly. Good luck

CWP or CWOP means "cancelled without prejudice". According to the State Department it's done if a visa has a mistake on it or is a duplicate. It does not mean you will automatically be refused a new visa because of that.
