In my experience, if you just now have the USPS tracking number, the package is possibly already in your mailbox

Unfortunately not

I got the email from USCIS, and the tracking confirms it was picked up from the KY office at the exact same time as I received the email.

For USPS and UPS, you can now sign up for tracking notifications. As soon as they deliver, you should get an email or cell phone text notification depending on which you sign up for.

For UPS, you can now sign up for tracking notifications for any package that is delivered to your address which is great since sometimes I don't have a tracking number.
