They ask for a Credit Reference and seeing that I've only had a bank account for about 4 weeks my bank manager might not be too willing to provide one :-)

From xe.com:-

Name of Company for Credit Reference

Name of Company for credit reference is a company that can act as a credit reference for you. You will also need to provide a specific contact at the organization as well as their phone number.

Examples if you are setting up an account for business use:

* Your account manager at your bank
* A major supplier
* Your landlord
* etc.

Examples if you are setting up an account for personal use:

* Your account manager at your bank
* Your employer
* Your landlord
* etc.

If your credit reference does not have a company name, then please describe the reference. For example, if you are using a landlord that does not have a company name, simply type Landlord.

I would be dubious of a company who did not want that info

I've used them once and to be honest I probably won't use them again:(

Yes they are cheap, but in my opinion it shouldn't take 4 days to transfer money:blink:
When I do it with my local bank here it costs more but its pretty much instantaneous:thumbup:
