would it be considered misrepresentation....
hello, first of allow me to introduce my complicated situation
I'm a filipina and a legal resident of spain. i have an american boyfriend and we have been talking of taking things further.
I am a holder of a US B1/B2 Visa.
For me to bring him to spain. we'd first have to be married.
now if we marry, on say this trip. my first to the US, though had frequent trips to Canada and other countries (family and work related) Would it be considered misrepresentation should we marry now and upon my return to spain file for the k3 visa?
we are planning on doing the DCF, as my job will entitle me to bring my spouse in as a resident, and yet he can go on with his job which he will require when presenting the affidavit of support.
After knowing him and being fine as friends, our sudden idea of getting hitched now seems to be so urgent, as if we want to make up for lost time, and figured the dcf may be the quickest way.
I seem to have taken on the spanish way of doing things and complicating matters.
TIA
