Wonderful names
I was collecting car license tags but found unusual names more fun. Here's a selection mainly culled from TV, all genuine but absolutely no idea how to prononce most of them.
Jas Gabbidon
Wes Goforth
(Ms) Laughinghouse
Zain Verjee (female)
Csaba Csere (male)
Barack Obama
Besa Tafilaj
Tempestt Bledsoe
Dick Butkis
Tahmoh Penikett
Dick Schnot (my favourite!)
And btw how come Americans have so much difficulty saying and spelling a simple one syllable name like Jubb and seemingly no problem with Polish, Serbo-Croat, German names?

Re: Wonderful names
My favorite was a guy who interviewed me for a job long ago.
As I shook his hand he introduced himself: "My name is Richard. Richard Burgher, but call me Dick."
I didn't keep an entirely straight face. I didn't get the job either.

There is a lady in one of our client's databases called Gay Guy.
My wife has an uncle called Rusty and his brother is Randy. Some names you'll only find in the US.

Re: Wonderful names
I work with a girl called Candi Ferrari.
I met a guy called Richard Weiner but everyone called him Dickie, my babysitters (in no order) are named Spirit, Melody and Sondra.
I work with another girl called Bailey who is the sweetest thing, my neighbors dog is called bailey too!
I love the fact names like Bailey and Spirit are not weird, I think its great (I just dont have the balls to call my daughter Spirit, just in case we move home - try saying it in a Lancashire accent and you will understand why)
