From my garage last night.

From my garage this morning.

And my patio this morning. That fence is about 6.5 feet.

I'm still at home!

Seems the state is in a tizzy...metro west area, only got a couple inches, nothing really, and the roads are worse than the dodgy back roads in maine...and err...I'm the only one that made it to work so far..and the VPN is knackered, and everyone is ringing me to find the tech guys who both haven't come in...so err...yeah...I don't know why I'm getting called, my extension is one of the last ones in the list.

I don't know what good a snow blower would have been to be honest. The guys that our neighborhood employs to clear the snow turned up with one and gave up after 1 pass on the road behind the garage. They also gave up after about 20 minutes of shoveling! At least they did the front so I can get the door open and not wade through 3 feet of snow on the path.

Hubby tried to clear out in front of our garage and then luckily our farmer neighbor came and plowed out driveway. NFW I am shovelling 250 feet of driveway!

My neighbor did the same for me as my ancient tractor is currently inop! Good neighbors are a tremendous asset.

Schools have a snow day here today. We had around 4ish inches yesterday/last night followed by freezing rain, now back to snow again. Oh joy. OH and daughter dug out the driveway and the pavement, husband has just gone off to work and it's really coming down again.
