From reading all the info I have come to the understanding that even afer I marry it could be as long as 90 days before I can work. Am I right on this?
So if I can't take paid work can I work for a charity, as sitting at home for 3 months will drive me mad. Is there any way to speed up process so I can work asap after AOS? Thanks in advance for any help or advice Rob |
It depends on the office how quick (or slow!) it will be. Check here for the office
you'll be using: http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/instimes.htm Yes you can do true volunteer work. No there isn't a general way to speed up the EAD though some people have had luck with getting the employer to ask nicely!
