i dont do twitter either - cant seem to get my head around the idea of knowing every inane little thing someone is doing. FB is bad enough for me!

Only twits do twitter and I'm not one of them. I really have no desire to know when one of you takes a dump, nor do I have a desire to tell anyone else when I do.

Don't really get the whole twitter thing. Now FB, that's a different story as I've become an addict since moving here this year and even though I'm ashamed to say it, ironing or FB???? There's no competition - think I need someone to give me a good slap

I'm with the others. I don't twitter. Can't see the purpose in it and certainly don't want to know what someone is doing each and every minute of the day.

Same here, well FB I am on but only to find friends and the very occasional post, and I have been finding less and less time on here as of late..........I still don't get why folk need to announce to the world their every movement, but I guess I am in the minority

I signed up for twitter but have never tweeted anything and only follow organizations or publications that interest me, not people. That way when I flick through the various categories I've created I see small snippets of information that interest me. If I want to know more I just click it to go to the proper article. It has actually saved me a ton of time. As for using it to know when people are eating some toast, taking a dump or otherwise 
it's a total waste of time and not interested.

I use it for researching and announcing blog stuff and following specific interests, so I actually have 3 accounts. I'm slowly moving all my general interest stuff to this one: @camdentownboy. Would be nice to have some people I know on twitter, I generally follow comedians, authors and fake celebrities like @dianainheaven. PenguinSix, check your inbox!
