What name shall I use?
Hi,
I'm lost as for what name shall I use when filling out I -130 and I-485. My name as it appears in my mexican passport with two last names or my married name. I got married in the US 2 weeks ago and I will apply while been here.

ok pretty straight forward - use your new married name, on the I-130 and other paper work you will be asked former names known by or your maiden name - as in your name before you got married - nothing to worry about.Good luck with married life - Mark
