Watching UK Premiership Rugby on US TV?

Watching UK Premiership Rugby on US TV?
Anyone know which channel(s) show Premiership rugby (like Wasps, Leicester, etc.) on cable TV - can you get it through comcast in the Chicagoland area (I am not allowed a satellite dish on my apartment so comcast is the only option...but do they have the right channels???)

the only coverage you might see is on Sky sports News shown twice a day or so on FWS.

I thought I had seen some Rugger advertised?
Perhaps Internationals on PPV, they are showing the FA Cup on PPV.

Fox Sports World does a weekly rugby show, thats the best bet.
