Watching RWC Final in New York Area?
We leave for a 2 week trip to the States next weekend and I want to plan early on where I watch the Rugby World Cup final. Having booked the trip some time ago Wales have defied all odds and actually look a distinct possibility of being involved!!
If anyone can recommend pubs, hotels or tv channels that will show it I would be hugely grateful
(ex pat link: we are house hunting for our move to U.S. early next year!)

While the majority of the tournament has been shown on the cable channel NBCUniversal, I believe the final itself is going to be on regular NBC perhaps tape delayed.

When you say New York area do you mean in New York City ? I can recommend some pubs if you do.

I didn't recommend Nevada Smith's because it does get incredibly packed and it gets a pretty young drunk crowd. Fights tend to break out there during matches as well.
My first choice would be the Kinsale.

I am trying to plan an outing for my visiting British senior management team that wishes to celebrate St. George's Day at an English style pub...and as a native New Yorker used to only Irish pubs in the city I'm at a loss!
Thank you!

Could you recommend any good British pubs in NYC?

Thank you very much! Jones Wood Foundry seems to be ideal.
