3 - Gallagher's at NY NY - for a steak.
4 - Fountains at Bellagio (that was already on my list)

7 - Beatles Show
8 - Pirate Show outside at Treasure Island
9 - Carnival at the Rio.

We went earlier this year and I loved it!
The dinner buffet at the Bellagio is amazing. All the food was really fresh and very tasty! Also the fountains were lovely!
The Treasure Island show is pretty cool, happens outside the hotel 3 times a night, I think.
We went on the rides on the top of the Stratosphere, very scary but fun, not recommended if you're really scared of heights though!
If you want to have a few cocktails and see the famous "flare" bartending, there's a great outdoor bar outside Harrah's hotel.
We did the helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon, the most amazing thing I've seen in my life. You get a fantastic view of the Hoover Dam too.

we've been a few times the last time being 2 mths ago....although the stratosphere hotel is not at the good end of the strip it has an excellent restaurant on top and gives a superb panoramic view of the strip and surrounding areas weather permitting.
we stayed at bellagio with a couple of nights at wynn's on the way back through vegas and both were equally as good as one another.
one word of warning....mega groups of pickpockets patrol the strip so beware!
