I was handed the full $1800 winnings, and the W-2G. They didn't withhold anything. I knew when they took my US SSN it will be reported, but its possible to have a SSN without being an citizen, alien, permanent resident etc. I still haven't paid tax on it, I'll pay when I file my taxes next. The damn thing is on my refrigerator door, as I am paranoid I'll forget to declare it.

There's special rules on table games though, but I doubt anyone pys taxes on those as you have to win something stupid to pay tax.

Correct...they tried it on with us last year. Also make sure you have plenty of $1 bills...because the cabbies never have change!

Red 7 mate!
If you get a feeling about a table, go with it, if not, look around for one without Red 7 on the board of previous winning numbers, stick it on, play the once, then move on to Blackjack, way more fun & your money lasts a lot longer, so you can stay longer & drink for free!
Good luck!

I won $650 on a slot and there was never any mention of paying taxes on it, like you say "how would they know?". They hand you the money in cash and don't take any details from you!
