There's something sadly ironic in the fact that John Lennon spent a good part of the 70's telling everyone how wonderful the US was, and what a complete sh*thole he thought the UK was, and yet at the same time the US government was trying to have him thrown out.

John Lennon protested against war through non-violence. I think there's a lesson there for everyone. He was following in the footsteps of Ghandi.

I always thought she had a face like a flan. Her singing defies description - something like a butchered whale in the throes of a death orgasm. I'm sure she's very nice though. :)

According to Paul McCartney she can be difficult. Though I guess the strains within the Beatles may be the cause of that. :)
