i don't think we have that prob in the uk..here if i ask directions they tell me go north then east then south lol dunno ...i'm used to going right, or left or staight or back

The scariest thing about driving is going to the drivers license office and seeing the kind of people they allow onto the roads. If the people you meet there are going to be behind the wheel then I'm going to get a tank to protect myself.

crazy here you can take your driving test in spanish/mexican yet no road signs are in spanish or if there's an accident no emergency signs in spanish/mexican

The day i did my road test a polish woman who couldn't speak a word of english went before me.
The examiner came back and i'm pretty sure that he'd soiled himself.
He told her son that she ran 4 stop signs and nearly hit a truck by driving on the wrong side of the road.
he told the son to take her to an instructor otherwise she and others would die

Call a friend? Doesn't help that a lot of the answers are on posters in the exam rooms

Like the guy who had to ask someone to read his numbered ticket for him because he was too blind to see it.

Yep - they did renew his licence :scared:

a mate was telling me when he had to do drivers ed that one bloke was taking the class because he had lost his license for 10 years before he could apply for his restrictive license, basically after 10 years, he can get a license to allow him to drive to and from work only...and anyone that has had a DUI has a 0 BAC for a year...lovely...

I think the scariest thing is the 85 yo woman who learned to drive when cars horsepower was in single digits.... see them all the time around here edging out of the junctions because they're not tall enough to see... then pulling away as if prizes are given for sloath like abilities....
