I work in the customer service department for a large chain store and to say I was amased by some of things I see would be an understatement.
In Feb I took a call from a women who had been cleaning her 'closet' and found a pair of leather gloves that she had bought in 1996 and still had the receipt for... and because she still had the original receipt and the tags were still on the item she was given a full refund... I could tell you endless stories of the things that people do/say.
