I was on an L-1A visa, but my [conditional] green card just arrived.
Do I need to go to an enrollment center to get it updated?
The text is a bit ambiguous:

I first got GE when I travelled under VWP, and already had the painful process of going to the airport and waiting for them to add my L-1 visa. Hopeful I don't need to again...

The text is a bit ambiguous:
Global Entry members who are not U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents must maintain updated visa information with CBP. If a Global Entry member obtains a new visa, or obtains a new petition for a work visa, the member must notify CBP in-person at a Global Entry enrollment center. A member must visit an enrollment center to have CBP add visas and/or update visa information. If the visa information is incomplete or not properly updated with CBP, the Global Entry kiosk may incorrectly calculate the member’s Class of admission and admission date. A member must visit an enrollment center in-person to add or update visa information.

Interesting - moving from GC to USC would seem explicitly excluded above.
In any case, happy discovery:

In any case, happy discovery:
All document updates can now be done online at CBP website Ask a Question under Topic “Trusted Traveler Programsâ€, followed by “update documents in my account†and “Global Entry†from the drop-down menu.

Good luck having your L1 removed from your GE profile after getting GC. It’s Mission Impossible. I tried different airports, different GE offices, Nexus office, you name it. Counting down the days to September when my visa actually expires… What does it mean in practice? I always need to see an officer for processing.

As I say though - seems you can now just submit the request online.

The next time you travel back from abroad just go and see the GE office before you leave airside (just after you cleared the border but didn’t exit with your bags). At most, you’ll wait 15 mins. But be warned re: my experience. Hope your mileage will do vary.

I believe the requirement to bring in the document is because it is the “
You've entered 1 document proving you may enter the United States.â€
I have added other documents including a passport where my name and DOB match without having to go in person.

Anyone added NEXUS to GE recently, it has taken about a year for conditional approval, now looking for interview dates, nothing showing virtual. I assume I just have to wait and do it at Toronto Pearson on my next trip that way. Looks like Quebec is to small for an office, so assume there will not even be pre clearance there either on my return…

Well Quebec airport YQB…but yes, I have flown in to YYZ and YUL multiple times and they both have pre clearance and at least YYZ has an office by check-in for the NEXUS interview.
