Does anyone know how I can get this phone unlocked?

I have one from my orange contract in England. I've sent it back to England to be unlocked, but no joy.

I've also had my old samsung A800 unlocked, but my t-mobile(us) sim card won't work in it because it's only dual band.

the samsung ain't any use here, might as well flog it....the sanyo, no code number, has to be hardcoded, so you either get some kit, or send it in, code number is provider specific, so if they won't do it....
